Product Overview
This carbide corner radius end mill is designed for shoulder milling,
contour machining, pocket milling and semi-finishing of carbon steel,
mild steel, low-alloy steel and cast iron up to HRC55.
The reinforced corner radius improves cutting-edge strength compared
with a sharp square corner while retaining a flat-bottom cutting profile.
It is suitable for applications requiring stable corner machining,
controlled shoulders and improved tool durability.

supports stable machining where both bottom flatness and corner strength

Shoulder Milling

and 10% cobalt content, providing a balance of cutting-edge
strength, toughness and wear resistance.
AlTiN Nano-Composite Coating
The high-aluminum AlTiN coating offers red hardness,
oxidation resistance and wear resistance at operating
temperatures up to approximately 1100°C.
Reinforced Corner Radius
The corner radius reduces stress concentration at the tool tip,
improving edge strength compared with a sharp square corner.

Precision grinding and profile inspection help control
corner radius accuracy within 3 μm for consistent shoulder
