Zhengheyuan Cnc Tool Ltd was established in 2005. Our manufacturing facility covers 7,000㎡ and is equipped with advanced CNC machines and inspection equipment to guarantee consistent quality. We are specializing in the design, production, and sales of cnc cutting tools.
Our main products include carbide end mill, carbide drill bits, machine taps, cnc inserts and other cnc accessories and we offer integrated solutions for various mechanical processing fields such as automotive, mold making, aerospace and 3c electronics industry. Besides, we have passed ISO9001, and 50 R&D patents every year. We are making great efforts to develop new products to meet different requirements. Our company has introduced CNC tool grinding machines from Anca of Austrlia and WALTER of Germany, as well as tool inspection equipments from Hexagon, Sweden to control the product quality strictly.

Our Factory& Production Strength
1. Walter/ANKA/Deckel Advanced 5-Axis Tool Grinders
Our production facility is equipped with imported Walter, ANCA, and Deckel 5-axis CNC tool grinding machines, delivering exceptional accuracy and stability. These advanced machines enable precise control of tool geometry, flute design, edge sharpness, and surface smoothness, ensuring every carbide end mill and carbide drill performs consistently in high-demand machining environments.
With top-tier grinding software and stable spindle systems, we produce high performance cutting tools suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, mold steel, and hardened materials. This advanced equipment forms the foundation of our reliability and precision.
2. High Precision Measuring Equipments&Full QC Process
To maintain strict quality standards, we use Zoller measuring systems, Walter helicheck plus machine, concentricity testers, hardness testers, and digital microscopes to check every detail of our cutting tools.
Each carbide end mill and drill undergoes multiple QC steps, including flute dimension measurement, edge radius inspection, concentricity checking, runout testing, and coating thickness verification.
This ensures stable performance, long tool life, and consistent quality for CNC machining, mold processing, and industrial applications.
3. Advcaned PVD Coating Technology of Carbide Tools
We operate a dedicated PVD coating system that applies high performance coatings such as TiAIN, AlTiN, TiSiN, DLC, and other custom layers. These coatings significantly enhance wear resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and surface smoothness.
Coated carbide end mills and drills show improved chip evacuation, longer tool life, and higher machining efficiency—ideal for steel, stainless steel, hardened materials, and high-speed cutting applications.
4. Large Inventory Warehouse of Ready to Ship Tools
To support fast delivery and meet urgent production demands, we maintain a large quantity carbide cutting tools in stock. Standard sizes of carbide end mills, carbide drills, and popular series are always ready for immediate shipment.
