Product Overview
This carbide square end mill is designed for slotting, side milling,
shoulder milling and flat-surface machining of carbon steel, mild steel,
low-alloy steel and cast iron up to HRC55.
An ultra-fine carbide substrate, AlTiN nano-composite coating and
precision-ground square cutting profile support stable cutting,
smooth chip evacuation and consistent performance in repeat production.
Recommended Machining Applications
The flat-bottom cutting profile makes this tool suitable for common
steel milling operations requiring flat surfaces, straight walls
and stable shoulder machining.

Suitable for machining full-width slots in carbon steel
and general steel materials.

Supports stable peripheral cutting and straight-wall machining.

Designed for square shoulders and applications requiring

Ultra-Fine Carbide Substrate
Made from ultra-fine carbide with a grain size below 0.8 μm
and 10% cobalt content, providing a stable balance of
cutting-edge strength, toughness and wear resistance.
AlTiN Nano-Composite Coating
The high-aluminum AlTiN coating offers oxidation resistance,
red hardness and wear resistance at operating temperatures
up to approximately 1100°C.
6° Positive Rake Angle
The positive rake geometry helps reduce cutting resistance
and supports smoother entry into carbon steel and
general steel workpieces.
35° Helix Design
The 35° helix supports smooth chip evacuation and stable cutting
during slotting, side milling and shoulder machining.
Dual-Margin Peripheral Edge
The dual-margin design improves tool guidance and cutting stability
during peripheral milling and repeat machining operations.
Controlled Edge Preparation
Fluid blasting and automated rubber-diamond polishing help remove
microscopic burrs and control edge preparation within ±0.003 mm.
