Ultra-fine carbide with a grain size below 0.6 μm and 12% cobalt content provides cutting-edge strength, toughness and wear resistance for demanding mold steels.

The TiAlSiN coating uses HIPIMS deposition and an enhanced alloying design to improve high-temperature performance, reduce friction and support resistance to impact and crack propagation at temperatures up to approximately 1200°C.
