The reinforced corner radius improves cutting-edge strength while retaining a flat-bottom cutting profile. Manufactured from imported carbide rods with an approximately 0.8 μm grain size and 10% cobalt content, the tool combines sharp positive-rake geometry, a 55% core diameter, a 45° helix and 1200-grit precision-ground cutting edges. This geometry supports smooth chip evacuation, low cutting resistance, reduced burr formation and consistent aluminum surface quality.

A standard 3-flute configuration is available, together with uncoated and DLC rainbow-coated options, standard and custom corner radii, extended-reach tools, OEM marking and private-label packaging.

Product Overview

This carbide corner radius end mill is designed for aluminum
pocket machining, shoulder milling, side milling, profile
machining and controlled contour semi-finishing of
non-ferrous components.

The reinforced corner radius improves cutting-edge strength
compared with a sharp square corner while retaining a
flat-bottom cutting profile. Imported carbide rods,
sharp positive-rake geometry, a 55% core diameter,
a 45° helix and 1200-grit precision-ground cutting edges
support smooth chip evacuation, low cutting resistance
and consistent aluminum surface quality.
