The reinforced corner radius improves cutting-edge strength while retaining a flat-bottom cutting profile. A 0.4 μm ultra-fine carbide substrate, 9% cobalt content, DR3 bronze high-wear-resistant coating, 68% reinforced core and 35° helix geometry support stable machining of high-hardness steel. Product Overview

This carbide corner radius end mill is designed for side milling,
cavity-bottom machining, contour finishing and controlled
semi-finishing of hardened mold, die and tool steels in the
HRC60–68 hardness range.

The reinforced corner radius improves cutting-edge strength compared
with a sharp square corner while retaining a flat-bottom cutting
profile. A 0.4 μm ultra-fine carbide substrate, DR3 bronze coating,
68% reinforced core and 35° helix geometry support stable machining
of high-hardness components.
