Product Overview

This carbide ball nose end mill is designed for cavity machining,
curved-surface milling, three-dimensional contouring and mold profile
finishing of mold, die and tool steels with workpiece hardness up to HRC60.

It combines an ultra-fine carbide substrate, HIPIMS TiAlSiN coating,
precision-ground full-radius geometry and unequal cutting geometry
to reduce vibration and support consistent surface quality during
demanding mold steel machining.

12% cobalt content provides a balance of cutting-edge

The TiAlSiN coating uses HIPIMS deposition and an enhanced
alloying design to improve high-temperature performance,
reduce friction and support resistance to impact and crack
propagation at temperatures up to approximately 1200°C.
