Product Overview

This carbide square end mill is designed for slotting, side milling,
shoulder machining and flat-surface finishing of mold, die and tool
steels with workpiece hardness up to HRC60.

It combines an ultra-fine carbide substrate, HIPIMS TiAlSiN coating,
unequal end-tooth division and unequal helix geometry to improve
cutting stability, vibration resistance and surface consistency
during demanding mold steel machining.

Ultra-fine carbide with a grain size below 0.6 μm and
12% cobalt content provides a balance of cutting-edge
strength, toughness and wear resistance.

The TiAlSiN coating uses HIPIMS deposition and an enhanced
alloying design to improve high-temperature performance,
reduce friction and support impact and crack resistance
at temperatures up to approximately 1200°C.

The two-degree unequal end-tooth division helps disrupt
repeated cutting forces, reduce vibration and improve
bottom-surface machining consistency.
