Product Overview
This carbide corner radius end mill is designed for shoulder milling,
pocket machining, contour milling and semi-finishing of mold, die and
tool steels with workpiece hardness up to HRC60.
Its reinforced corner radius improves cutting-edge strength compared
with a sharp square corner while retaining a flat-bottom cutting profile.
Ultra-fine carbide, HIPIMS TiAlSiN coating and unequal cutting geometry
help reduce vibration and support stable machining in demanding mold steels.

12% cobalt content provides a balance of cutting-edge

HIPIMS TiAlSiN Coating
The TiAlSiN coating uses HIPIMS deposition and an enhanced
alloying design to improve high-temperature performance,
reduce friction and support resistance to impact and crack
propagation at temperatures up to approximately 1200°C.

The corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting
tip and improves edge strength compared with a sharp square corner.

Precision grinding and profile inspection help control the
