Product Overview

This carbide corner radius end mill is designed for shoulder milling,
pocket machining, contour milling and semi-finishing of mold, die and
tool steels with workpiece hardness up to HRC60.

Its reinforced corner radius improves cutting-edge strength compared
with a sharp square corner while retaining a flat-bottom cutting profile.
Ultra-fine carbide, HIPIMS TiAlSiN coating and unequal cutting geometry
help reduce vibration and support stable machining in demanding mold steels.

The TiAlSiN coating uses HIPIMS deposition and an enhanced
alloying design to improve high-temperature performance,
reduce friction and support resistance to impact and crack
propagation at temperatures up to approximately 1200°C.
