Product Overview
This carbide ball nose end mill is designed for cavity machining,
curved surfaces, inclined features, transition profiles and
three-dimensional contour machining of titanium alloy components.
It combines an ultra-fine carbide substrate, 12% cobalt content,
HSR118 high-temperature anti-adhesion coating, an arc-formed
U-shaped flute, an 8° positive rake angle, a 43° helix and
87°/93° unequal cutting geometry to improve chip evacuation,
reduce cutting resistance and maintain stable surface machining.

The full-radius ball nose profile provides continuous cutting
contact during titanium alloy cavity, curved-surface and
three-dimensional profile machining.
