Product Overview

This carbide ball nose end mill is designed for cavity machining,
curved-surface milling, inclined surfaces, three-dimensional
contouring and controlled semi-finishing of stainless steel components.

It combines an ultra-fine carbide substrate, 12% cobalt content,
Balzers AP AlCrN coating, 52%/70% dual-core geometry, an 8°
positive rake angle, a 45° helix and 88°/92° unequal cutting
geometry to improve chip evacuation, vibration resistance and
surface-machining stability.
