Product Overview
This external-coolant solid carbide drill is designed for
general CNC hole machining under external coolant or lubrication
conditions. The 2-flute structure provides chip space for
material evacuation, while the solid carbide body supports
rigidity and dimensional stability during drilling.
Tool diameter, cutting length, overall length, shank dimensions,
coating and point geometry can be selected according to the
workpiece material, hole feature and production requirements.
Standard sizes and drawing-based custom tools are available for
distributors, machining companies and OEM customers.
