This custom long-reach solid carbide drill is designed for extended-reach and deeper-hole CNC machining applications where a standard-length drill cannot access the required feature. The extended cutting and overall length can be developed according to the hole depth, component geometry and machine conditions.
The solid carbide body supports tool rigidity and dimensional stability, while the spiral-flute structure provides a path for chip evacuation.
