Product Overview
This 3-flute carbide square end mill is designed for aluminum
slotting, side milling, shoulder machining, flat-bottom pocket
machining, profile milling and general CNC machining of
non-ferrous materials.
Manufactured from imported carbide rods with a 0.8 μm grain
size and 10% cobalt content, the cutter combines a 55% core
diameter, a 45° helix, a 6° positive end rake, a 12° positive
peripheral rake and 1200-grit precision-ground cutting edges.
This geometry helps improve chip evacuation, lower cutting
resistance and produce cleaner aluminum surfaces with fewer burrs.
